Privacy and strict confidentiality is an essential requirement of both parties. The usual duty of care applies in that both parties may breach confidentiality only in circumstances where a persons or people are deemed to be at risk of serious harm

Discussion notes taken in a coaching or mentoring session are de-identified and only used for reflection by Dr Charlotte Hall.
